Join The Clayton Center this summer as we launch a new alternative event format – Club Concerts – in our Council Chambers. The inaugural show will feature Nashville musicians David Graham & The Eskimo Brothers on Saturday, June 24.
The Club Concert concept will allow The Clayton Center to expand its programming and provide the flexibility to design a club-like venue to spotlight alternative shows for smaller audiences. Shows will take place in the Center’s Council Chambers room just off the main lobby.
Total capacity for these events will be about 120 people, and all ticketing will be general admission. The Club shows will feature a “standing room” atmosphere with limited seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The June 24 concert will be a celebratory summer kickoff. The Center will open at 6:00pm with food trucks, bar service and several vendors in the lobby area.
Local band Wade Hill and The Revival will open the show at 7:00pm, with David Graham and The Eskimo Brothers taking the stage at 8:00pm. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online, through The Clayton Center Box Office or at the door.
For the past 10 years David Graham has performed as front man of the Nashville-based American roots music trio The Eskimo Brothers. Their show has been battle tested and polished over the course of 300 shows a year, both in the honky tonks of Nashville's historic Lower Broadway and through monthly shows on Beale Street in Memphis. The band also tours extensively throughout the country.
