A newly unveiled sign at East Clayton Community Park (1774 Glen Laurel Road) celebrates the partnership between the Town of Clayton and Carolina Comfort Air, highlighting the company’s role as the official sponsor and namesake of the park’s state-of-the-art turf fields.

This collaboration represents a significant investment in Clayton’s recreational infrastructure, providing upgraded facilities for athletes and visitors alike.

“At Carolina Comfort Air, we’re excited to contribute to the long-term success of Clayton and its residents,” said April Carroll, the company’s Director of Marketing. “As a leading name in heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions, this partnership aligns perfectly with our commitment to supporting community growth and creating spaces where people can gather, socialize, and enjoy outdoor activities.”

The newly installed sign stands as a symbol of the shared effort to enhance Clayton’s quality of life. The fields play a vital role in fostering a healthy, connected community by offering accessible spaces for youth sports and community events.

“This sign reminds us of the strong partnerships that support our Town,” said Clayton Parks and Recreation Director Scott Barnard. “This collaboration has allowed us to improve our facilities and create spaces where residents of all ages can stay active and enjoy sports year-round.”

East Clayton Community Park has quickly become a hub for recreational activities. Local baseball teams, including Clayton Parks and Recreation leagues and the Clayton Clovers summer collegiate team, regularly use the fields, drawing spectators and fostering community pride.

The upgraded turf fields underscore the value of local businesses like Carolina Comfort Air in supporting Clayton’s development and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle for residents.
