Get Emergency Notifications
Johnston County Emergency Services is transitioning from its previous CodeRed notification in early July. Please sign up for the new system called JOCOAlerts to receive vital public safety info quickly – whether it’s warnings about an approaching hurricane, a power outage, a boil water advisory or any other emergency.
JOCOAlerts, managed through Johnston County, allows all residents and businesses to receive a phone call, text and/or email alert when important public safety or service-related events happen.
We ask all Clayton residents to make sure they're signed up so they can contact you when it counts! We keep your info confidential and promise not to pester you – this system is just for emergencies.
